Room for your next gathering
Choose an hourly rental for a smaller get-together, or make a day of it with up to eight hours at the club.

With the standard cleaning fee, the two-hour minimum totals $120 and the full-day rental totals $315, before tax and extras. Advertised prices do not include tax. Tell us your expected guest count so we can discuss a suitable room layout. Larger gatherings require advance discussion.
What’s included
Tables and chairs are included with your rental, along with linens for food tables. Additional table linens are $12 per table.
Your booked time includes setup, your event, and cleanup. Please allow enough time for all three when choosing your rental hours.
Food for your gathering
Planning food for your event? Contact CCC to discuss options for your date and group size. Our 2027 food menu is being finalized, and we’ll confirm available options, quantities, timing, and pricing with you.
You’re also welcome to work with a licensed caterer of your choice. Please coordinate the arrangements with CCC in advance so the food plans fit your event.
All beverages must be purchased through Columbus Country Club.
Booking, cleaning & cancellations
Reserve your date: A $50 booking deposit is required to reserve your rental. This payment is credited toward your room rental bill.
Standard cleaning fee: A flat $40 fee applies to each rental and covers routine cleaning. It is collected with the remaining balance. There is no refundable cleaning deposit.
Guest cleanup: Before the end of your booked time, remove your decorations, personal belongings, leftover outside food, and any items or equipment brought by your caterer. Place rubbish in the designated bins and leave tables and the room free of event materials. Setup and guest cleanup must be completed within your rental hours.
Damage or unusually heavy cleanup may result in additional charges. These terms will be discussed and agreed when booking.
Cancellations: Your $50 booking deposit is fully refundable when you cancel at least 14 days before your event. For cancellations fewer than 14 days before the event, the booking deposit is retained. No cleaning fee is charged if the event is cancelled; any cleaning fee already paid will be refunded.
